Privacy Policy

We will not share your private information with anyone except when required to do so by a legal authority or to fill your order. Your private information will normally only be used to answer your questions and to fill your orders. We may at some future date conduct notification sign-up lists for certain events such as arrival of new products or categories. The information gathered in those lists will be used strictly for the notification of the specified event and nothing more. We may, however, notify you of recalls of products you purchased from us.
In no case will any personal information that you provide to us, be used for any marketing activity whatever.
We do track the number of visits to each of our web pages to gage the interest in particular products shown on those pages. No personal information is gathered.

We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund your money at any stage of fulfillment, if it becomes apparent to us or to one of our vendors that an order is fraudulent or an individual placing the order has a history of excessive returns or other significant problems with us or other credible sellers. In the case of fraud, significantly more information transfer then outlined below may occur.
1. We do not collect any personal information directly from you.
2. We currently use Ebay's PayPal secure shopping cart service to collect your payment and notify us of your order.
3. PayPal notifies us of your shopping cart contents, your name, email address and your shipping address. PayPal assures us that your shipping address is the address shown on your credit card account. PayPal never shares your credit card number with us. PayPal makes further assurances to us as well as to you the buyer.
4. We then forward your name, address and order to any of five warehouses through out the U.S.

We use an expedited PayPal check out procedure. You do not need to have or to initiate a PayPal account to checkout. If you already have a PayPal account, you can by-pass the address / credit card # entry at checkout.
